<p>This coming Monday, May 28th is Memorial day. Along with being a holiday we will be showing our thanks at the box by participating in one of the original Hero WODS: <strong>Murph</strong>.</p>
<p>Also being a Holiday we will have different hours then our usual.<br />
<strong>Here is Monday the 28th Class Schedule:<br />

5:30PM<br />

We will only have four class on Monday so that those who do have the day off can spend it with family and friends.</p>
<p>Feel free to bring a friend to our Memorial day WOD, which can be done in as a team.</p>
<p>If you have a 20# Vest bring it.</p>
