15 Push ups
20 Sit ups
200m run
While partner A does a round, partner B must hold medicine ball over head, switching every round. Every drop = 5 burpees to be paid as a team at the end before calling time.

CrossFit Irvine Endurance Team
Good luck this weekend to the CrossFit Irvine Endurance team athletes who are racing. We have four athletes participating in the Long Beach Half Marathon and one Athlete participating in a 70.3 Triathlon.
All you hard work and dedication has gotten you to the race day, now all you have to do is finish!
