Yesterday was the deadline for vision boards and goal sheets for all members of CrossFit Irvine. Unfortunately we have not received everyone’s homework. So this coming week talk to your teammates and check to see if they have turned in their goals sheets/vision boards yet.
To help support you in encouraging your teammates to turn in their homework and to help support the 100 day burpee challenge crew, we will begin each class with 20 burpees, which will increase everyday by 5 until everyone has turned in their homework.
For those with goal sheets a digital copy or hard copy will do and for those doing vision boards a photo of your board or PDF (photoshop/illustrator/pinterest/etc.) will be great.
If you need help finalizing our goal sheets feel free to contact your coaches for help.
