Beginner classes:
Our beginner classes were designed to accomodate athletes of all levels getting into CrossFit for the first time. Be it you are a gym rat looking to kick it up a notch or you are a stay at home mom who walks three times a week, the beginner class is your starting point. The focus of the beginner class is educating the athletes on proper mechanics and form. Scaling is available for all athletes.
Advanced Beginner Class
Our Advanced beginner classes are for those who have graduated from the beginner class and who understand the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. Now that you know the fundamental movements we focus on broadening your foundation with the addition of skill sets and movements from all the pillars of CrossFit (gymnastics, power lifting, olympic lifting, endurance, etc.). The advanced beginner class also introduces you to the competitive spirit and intensity.
All Levels:
Our all levels class is the perfect mix of veteran and beginner athletes. These classes are usually the early morning and late evening classes to accommodate your schedule. The great thing about this class is the ability to pick the brain of more advanced athletes as you will be working side by side with them in class and in some cases you will be teamed up with them for team workouts. If you want to get better at a sport train and play with better athletes.
Level 1 Class:
Our level 1 class is for those athletes looking to take their CrossFiting to the next level. Our focus in the level 1 class is the mental and physical side of CrossFit competition. Level 1 athletes come together to compete head to head in class in order to push each other beyond what they thought capable. A by product of the level 1 class is the interest in competition. Many of our level 1 athletes compete in various sports along with CrossFit style competition. Our level 1 class also caters to those Athletes looking to dive deeper into the mechanics of the more technical CrossFit movements.
NO DROP INS + Free Intro Classes
We are a private facility and do not allow un announced drop-ins. If you are visiting from another affiliate or out of town please contact us at least two days ahead of time before your visit. We do this to best prepare the coach and class for your arrival, plus it allows us to recommend the best classes and class time to meet your fitness goals.
