CrossFit Irvine brings to the local community a core strength and conditioning program designed for the enhancement of human performance and a return to functionality.
CrossFit workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. The movements are universally scalable and transfer over to real life situations.
We offer personalized, high-quality instruction to a wide variety of individuals diverse in their experiences and conditioning. The fitness needs of a fire fighter and mother of three differ only by scale not by form. At CFI we believe that everyone needs to squat, push, press, and jump.
At CFI we have a system that works “based on results”. Our programming is done to create the best possible results in each individual that steps inside our box. At CrossFit Irvine you will find a community that supports you in your effort to achieve elite fitness.
What we do
At CrossFit Irvine you will not find rows of tread mills and Smith machines. Instead you will find kettle bells, pull up bars, medicine balls, and plenty of room for running, jumping, throwing and climbing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. All your workouts are based on functional movements, movements that mimic life. You would never preacher curl your luggage into the overhead compartment of an airplane, so why would you do it in the gym? We focus functional movements that carry over to your life.
Life isn’t just a routine and so your training shouldn’t be either. The constantly varied portion of the programing means you will never get board. Instead of 2 hours a the gym spend half that time warming up, stretching, learning and working out with us. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
Our programing is based on the ten general fitness goals but also to give you what you want at the end of the day, which is to do what you want, when you want.
